Please check your email address and account email to be sure they match. This error represents a difference between the email address that Vinyl authorize to, compared to the email address entered into the authorization window. "This serial number is in use by another account" This likely means that Product Portal can't find your license, you can get around this by downloading from Product Downloads and then locating your serial number from your Purchase History. "No purchase matched this authorization request" Why can't I authorize Vinyl? (error message) You can get a serial number from our Product Downloads page for Vinyl.
